You may request a return for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
- You must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving the product.
Please note:
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.
📦 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or withdrawal, please email us at Onlyjazminecosmetics@gmail.com with the following:
- Full name
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return shipping address.
🔁 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Incorrectly sent
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
💸 Refunds
If your return is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
⚠️ We do not issue refunds in the form of store credit.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Items returned without prior approval
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
🔓 Right of Withdrawal (EU & Similar Jurisdictions)
If you are a customer located in the EU or a region where withdrawal rights apply, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
